Vecinos de la colonia Moctezuma, no reciben respuesta por parte de la dirección de Desarrollo Urbano para la colocación de un reductor de velocidad tipo paso elevado, esto derivado a que en la zona hay frecuentes accidentes y ponen en riesgo la vida de las personas que a diario caminan por ahí.
Así que ante la falta de respuesta, los vecinos colocaron unas bollas, a fin de garantizar la seguridad de los habitantes al transitar, ello debido a que a pesar de que se les notificó por oficio al ayuntamiento de Xalapa, nunca les dieron solución.
Por su parte, la Dirección de Tránsito del Estado, realizó la recomendación de especificaciones, para colocar dicho reductor de velocidad, teniendo la factibilidad de que sea colocado en el circuito Quetzalcóatl.
Los vecinos, hicieron un llamado al alcalde Ricardo Ahued para que sean tomados en cuenta, ante los constantes accidentes que ocurren en el circuito, pues la Dirección de Desarrollo Urbano, no ha mandado ni a los inspectores para que realicen la supervisión pertinente.
